TORONTO, ON – Black Creek Historic Brewery has announced details of a new limited edition beer inspired by the original India Pale Ales of the 1800s that has fittingly been released just in time for next weekend’s Victoria Day celebrations.
Black Creek Empirical Ale is a 5% well-hopped pale ale described as “a bitter beer, but this bitterness leans more towards pines and resins than towards the grapefruit flavours of our standard IPA.”
Empirical Ale is available now at select LCBOs in Ontario, selling for $3.95 per 500 ml bottle while supplies last.
