GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced that its Queen of Craft series of beer education events for women will be concluding next week with a round table discussion featuring 10 influential women from various segments of Ontario’s beer and brewing industry.
Taking place on Wednesday June 4th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at eBar (41 Quebec St., Guelph), the Industry Queen Round Table will include the following panelists:
- Helen Sheedy – Territory Manager of Muskoka Brewery
- Carmen Vincente – Brewer and Sales for Bellwoods Brewery
- Shelley Biernes – Gilbertson and Page
- Crystal Luxmore – Beer Columnist at The Grid and Certified Cicerone
- Sarah Dawkins – General Manager of Wellington Brewery
- Nicole Hynes – Owner and Founder of Sweetgrass Brewing
- Erica Campbell – Manager of Black Oak Brewing, Co-founder of the Society of Beer Drinking Ladies
- Erica McOustra – Head Brewer at Steamwhistle Brewing
- Robin LeBlanc – Beer Writer/Blogger and Founder of The Thirsty Wench
- Brandi Lee McDonald – Co-founder of the Because Beer Festival and Certified Beer Judge
Advance tickets for the event are $10 and can be booked online, with all proceeds to go to Women in Crisis Guelph.
