VICTORIA, BC – Swans Brewpub has announced the return of a summer seasonal beer that’s named after its creator, Swans brewmaster Andrew Tessier.
Tessier’s Witbier is a Belgian-style wheat beer that is described as follows:
This beer is very pale, opaque, with the crisp character of wheat, plus the citric refreshment of orange peel and coriander. At 5% alc/vol this brew makes for a great summer session beer. If you know the Brewmaster, you would know him for his wit… and his mustache. It all adds up to a great Witbier.
This year’s batch of Tessier’s Witbier will be officially launched on Thursday June 5th with free tasters at the brewpub from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. It will be available on tap at the brewpub, and in growlers and 650 ml bottles for take-home sales, while supplies last.
