TORONTO, ON – In recognition of being judged the best beer to pair with lobster by CityBites magazine last fall, Steam Whistle Brewing has announced plans for a Canada Day Lobster Boil at The Roundhouse (255 Bremner Blvd., Toronto) on Tuesday July 1st, and has kindly offered a pair of tickets to be given away to a lucky CBN reader.
The event is intended to become a new annual tradition for the brewery, and the $25 ticket will cover a fresh PEI lobster courtesy of Rodney’s Oyster House served boiled and cracked with clarified butter, along with creamy red cabbage cole slaw and “Momma Grace’s famous” potato salad. A cash bar will be pouring pints and cans of Steam Whistle for $6 each, and live East Coast style entertainment will be provided by Poor Angus.
