TORONTO, ON – The BC Craft Brewers Guild has announced the release of a 2nd annual BC Natural Selections sampler six pack in Ontario, featuring a variety of brands from its member breweries.
The six beers in the pack – with tasting notes provided by the Guild – include:
Four Winds Saison
Brewed with aromatic Noble hops, finished with Pacific Northwest Cascade hops for notes of flower and spice, fermented hot for a fruity ester profile.
Whistler Bear Paw Honey Lager
Brewed in the heart of the BC Coastal Mountain Range- Extra aged lager with pure BC honey. Expect a full creamy mouth feel and slight sweet finish.
Dead Frog Bold Belgian Pale Ale
An unfiltered Pale Ale that combines the fruit flavours and spices of traditional Belgian Pale Ales & the complex malt base of North American Pale Ales-creates a unique new world take on an old world brew.
R&B Raven Cream Ale
A dark, yet surprisingly light-bodied cream ale. Chocolate barley malts creates a truly drinkable beer with subtle nutty flavours and hints of chocolate. Two time CBA winner.
Phillips Elsinore Lager
Elsinore pours a straw colour with a medium white head. Flavours of light citrus and sweet grass highlights this cold-fermented light hopped brew.
Steamworks Pilsner
An homage to the original Pilsners of the Czech Republic. This full bodied beer has a spicy, herbal finish with hints of lemon.
The new BC Natural Selections six pack is available now at select LCBO outlets throughout Ontario, retailing for $13.40 per pack.
