TORONTO, ON – Liberty Village Brewing has announced that its newest seasonal beer will be debuting this weekend at Toronto’s largest beer event, with an official launch party to follow next week.
Set to be tapped for the first time at Toronto’s Festival of Beer is Gosebuster, a flavoured variation on the traditional Gose beer style that is described as follows:
Gosebuster is an accessible version of the Gose style, brewed with a generous amount of fresh grapefruit zest. It is highly palatable across a large range of palates. The acidity is punchy, but not puckering. The salt plays a supporting role, while grapefruit takes the mainstage.
Following the TFOB preview, Gosebuster will be officially launched next Tuesday July 29th at 25 Liberty starting at 6:00 PM. It will also be available on tap and in cans at select bars and restaurants in Toronto throughout the rest of the summer.
