COLLINGWOOD, ON – Roughly a year after it was launched as a contract brewery, and seven months after construction began on its permanent home, Northwinds Brewhouse & Eatery has opened its doors to the public at 499 First Street (Highway 26) in Collingwood.
The opening of the retail store was announced yesterday on Instagram with a photo showing three brands in the fridges – 650 ml bomber bottles of Nosey Parker Porter and Old Baldy Farmhouse Ale, and growlers of Three Stage XPA.
Full hours of operation have yet to be announced, but should be revealed soon on the Northwinds Facebook page and Twitter feed. Also yet to be announced is the official opening date for the Eatery portion of the Brewhouse & Eatery, which is expected to take place later this year.
