TORONTO, ON – A year after the first annual edition of the Ottawa Beer Run, the organizers of the charity event have announced a westward expansion, and will be holding a Toronto installment later this month.
Scheduled for Sunday September 21st, the Toronto Beer Run will allow participants to run the streets of Toronto and visit breweries along the way, all in support of Plan Canada.
Starting at 11:00 AM at Mill Street Brew Pub, 500 runners will head out in four waves on a 11.5 km course that will include stops and sampling at Amsterdam BrewHouse, Steam Whistle and The 3 Brewers, before finishing back at Mill Street with a wrap party.
