PENTICTON, BC – To help kick off a new monthly cask ale series at the Kettle Valley Station Pub in BC’s Okanagan Valley, four local breweries – Bad Tattoo Brewing, Cannery Brewing, Firehall Brewery and Tin Whistle Brewing – came together to create an exclusive beer for the debut event.
The Kettle Valley Collaborale – a stout made with bourbon-soaked Okanagan plums, vanilla beans and oak chips – will be tapped tomorrow (Thursday November 20th) at 5:00 PM at the inaugural Kettle Valley cask night.
Future events will take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month through the winter – December 18th, January 15th, February 19th and March 19th – with a different one-off cask ale to be featured each evening.
