ST. THOMAS, ON – Railway City Brewing has announced that this year’s batch of its annual holiday seasonal beer will be officially released this week.
Cranberry Festive Lager is a 5.5% golden lager brewed with Ontario grown cranberries and local ginger. This year’s edition will be the feature beer at the next Thursday Night Release Event, taking place at the brewery this Thursday November 20th at 7:00 PM.
The $5 admission price includes samples of Cranberry Festive Lager, other Railway City beers and assorted festive treats. The evening will also include a silent auction to raise funds for Christmas Care, a local organization dedicated to helping those who need it most at Christmas time. Reservations for the event can be made by sending a message to the brewery on Facebook or Twitter.
Railway City Cranberry Festive Lager will be available in 500 ml bottles at the brewery store, and on draught at select pubs and restaurants in Southern Ontario. It’s also included in the new Railway City Holiday Gift Pack – available at select LCBO locations across Ontario – where it appears in cans alongside Black Coal Stout, Dead Elephant Ale and a branded glass.
