OTTAWA, ON – The red-hot craft brewing scene in Eastern Ontario is set to get hotter still this weekend, with the opening of Broken Stick Brewing in Ottawa.
As reported by Ottawa Beer Events, Broken Stick is being launched by a homebrewer named Eric (no last name given) and several partners, who will be brewing small batches of two flagship beers – Tipsy Pale Ale and Socks and Sandals IPA – and rotating seasonals on a 5 hectolitre system.
The Broken Stick retail store will be open tomorrow (November 29th) from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, selling 1.89 L growlers and 750 ml “grumblers” of both core brands.
