OTTAWA, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing and Big Rig Brewery have announced the release of a new limited edition collaborative beer for the holidays.
Co-created by Beau’s brewmaster Matthew O’Hara and Big Rig brewmaster Lon Ladell, Beau’s/Big Rig Peppermint Porter is briefly described as follows:
At 5.4% alc./vol., this deliciously dry porter displays rich dark malt character with chocolaty notes augmented by the use of cocoa nibs, and complemented by clean, cool peppermint in the finish.
Peppermint Porter is available starting today (December 11th) at the Beau’s retail store for $7.85 per 600 ml bottle.
A release party and open house will take place at the recently opened Big Rig production brewery (103 Schneider Road in Kanata) on Friday December 12th from 4:00 to 7:30 PM, featuring free samples of the new beer and food pairings from Beau’s resident chef Bruce Wood.
