TERRACE, BC – Following quickly on the heels of Strange Fellows Brewing in Vancouver and Category 12 Brewing in Victoria, British Columbia will see its third new brewery opening of the week tomorrow (December 20th) with the launch of Sherwood Mountain Brewhouse in the small town of Terrace on the Skeena River.
Owned and operated by Darryl Tucker and Linda Parker – he a Brewmaster who studied at Versuchs- und Lehranstalt für Brauerei in Berlin, and she a Master of Business Administration – Sherwood Mountain will launch with a trio of core brands: the flagship Skeena West Pale Ale, the traditional European style Sherwood Mountain Pilsner, and the light and sessionable Friar House Lager. Also available will be the seasonal Silent Night Winter Ale, an 8% abv Belgian-style ale limited to 1500 bottles.
The Sherwood Mountain Brewhouse retail store is located at #101-4816 Highway 16 West in Terrace, and will open for growler and bottle sales at 11:00 AM tomorrow. For more details, see the brewery’s website and Facebook page.
