Bret You Got it Going On is a bourbon barrel aged ale inoculated with Brettanomyces yeast, and described as follows:
Sour cherries, soy sauce, hints of smoke, and faint Stewart’s cherry cola hit you with a silky caramel texture. The best way to serve it is in a snifter to see the murky brown liquid with a slow-burning Cuban cigar while laid out on a bear-skin rug in front of a roaring fire contemplating life’s mysteries. The universe’s most profound answers will be revealed.
Bret You Got it Going On is available now on draught at select licensees in Ontario, and in 650 ml bottles at the Church-Key retail store while supplies last.
