Spinnakers Releases Hollie Wood Oyster Stout

VICTORIA, BC – As a companion to the recently returned Chocoholic Milk Chocolate Stout, Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub has announced the release of another stout with a decidedly different added ingredient.

Hollie Wood Oyster Stout is a 7.6% stout brewed with oysters from its namesake Hollie Wood Oyster Farm in the Comox Valley. It’s described as having a “rich, creamy texture from the oysters and a roasty bitterness from the malt to form a complex briny finish.”

Hollie Wood Oyster Stout is available now on draught at the Spinnakers brewpub, and in 650 ml bottles for take-home sales.
