VERNON, BC – Okanagan Spring Brewery has announced the launch of a new seasonal brand that draws upon the Bavarian brewing expertise of German-born brewmaster Stefan Tobler.
Okanagan Spring Sonder Hefe is a traditional hefeweizen that the Beer Me BC blog describes as having “notes of banana, clove and a slightly peppery spice [that] give this beer a reasonable body and flavour while staying true to the easy drinking nature of all Okanagan Spring beers.”
Sonder Hefe is available now in the latest edition of the Okanagan Spring Craft Variety Pack, alongside the brewery’s Pale Ale, Cloudy Amber and 1516 Bavarian Lager. It will also be available as a solo product starting next week.
