OTTAWA, ON – Clocktower Brew Pub has announced the release of a new seasonal beer that’s described as a “mash-up” of two seemingly incompatible styles.
Clocktower White Stout is a 4.4% abv wheat ale with the following description:
Based on our traditional WiT beer as it is brewed with a generous amount of wheat, spiced with lemon peel and lemon dominant hops. The twist in the White Stout comes from the nitrogen which is added to carbonate the beer. The smaller nitrogen bubbles lend a distinct creaminess to the beer bringing the lemon zest flavours to the front of the taste.
White Stout is on tap now at all four Clocktower locations in Ottawa.
