SYDNEY, NS – The Cape Breton Post reports that Nova Scotia’s newest brewery will be soft launching in Sydney this weekend.
Breton Brewing co-founders Bryan MacDonald and Andrew Morrow will be selling the first growlers of two beers – Sterling Hefeweizen and Black Angus IPA – as well as branded merchandise at the brewery (364 Keltic Drive, Sydney) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday.
Samples will not be served on opening day due to the brewery’s current licensing, but the owners hope to have that resolved soon so that on-site drinking will be allowed in the near future. Breton beers will also be available on tap soon at local bars and restaurants.
