CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – PEI Brewing has announced that the second single-hopped version of its Vic Park Pale Ale is now available, with a third to follow soon.
Released under the Vic Park Hop Sessions banner, the first version released in early June featured Citra hops. It’s been followed up with a version made with Nelson Sauvin, a strain from New Zealand that has similarities in aroma and flavour to Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
The Nelson edition of Vic Park Pale Ale was released in late June and is available now on draught at the PEI Brewing taproom and select bars and restaurants in PEI. The third edition in the series, using a hop strain that has yet to be announced, will be released next week.
