TORONTO, ON – The Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts at George Brown College has announced details of an educational tour focused on beer and brewing in Toronto.
Presented as part of the Uncork Ontario series of beverage tours, the City Ale Trail tour on August 14th will be led by Troy Burtch of Great Lakes Brewery, who will start the day at George Brown’s St. James Campus with an introduction to beer tasting.
The tour will then head to Indie Ale House for a tour and sampling; The Saint Tavern for lunch with beer pairings; a private tour of Steam Whistle Brewing; and a final stop at the Granite Brewery for a discussion on cask ales and a light early dinner.
