BOWMANVILLE, ON – Manantler Craft Brewing has announced details of a new beer being released in honour of a reunion tour by one of Canada’s legendary early punk bands.
The original 1976 line-up of The Diodes will be embarking on a short tour of Ontario and Montreal next week, and Manantler has created Time Damage IPA, named after an early Diodes single and described as “the most punk rock IPA possible”.
The official launch event for the beer will take place at the Manantler brewery (182 Wellington St, Bowmanville) on Saturday September 12th at 7:00 PM, with a free live show by The Diodes and guests Tijuana Jesus.
Time Damage IPA will be available at all shows on the tour, which includes the following dates:
Sept 11 – Toronto, ON – The Phoenix Concert Theatre
Sept 12 – Bowmanville, ON – Manantler Craft Brewing Co.
Sept 13 – Hamilton, ON – This Ain’t Hollywood
Sept 15 – Brantford, ON – The Brantford Station Gallery
