VICTORIA, BC – Category 12 Brewing has announced that a beer previously available in its R&D Series of ultra-limited beers is now back as a wider-scale release.
Simplicity Ale is a 5.2% saison brewed using spelt flour, and described as follows:
Simplicity is a straw coloured, pearlescent ale. It starts with a lightly fruity and floral nose and leads into a subtle body with a crisp, dry finish. Clean and subtly bittered with just a hint of Belgian sass. This is a beer to remind us all to pump the brakes, relax and appreciate the delicate.
Simplicity Ale is currently available exclusively on draught at the Category 12 taproom and select bars and pubs. Further distribution plans are still to be announced.
