TORONTO, ON – The Ontario Craft Brewers has announced the full agenda and other details for the 2015 edition of the Ontario Craft Brewers Conference, taking place at the Allstream Centre in Toronto’s Exhibition Place on Thursday October 22nd.
Starting with a welcome session and a keynote address by Kim Jordan, CEO of New Belgium Brewing, the day will feature 25 workshops, presentations and break-out sessions covering a wide array of topics in the areas of Brewing & Production, Planning & Operations, and Sales & Marketing.
The main Conference will also include a Pan-Canadian “Pioneer’s Panel” featuring Matt Phillips of Phillips Brewing, Peter McAuslan & Ellen Bounsall of McAuslan Brewery, and Sean Dunbar of Picaroons Brewery; and an annual Ontario Craft Beer Industry Update presented by OCB president John Hay, and OCB chair & Steam Whistle co-founder Cam Heaps.
Running in parallel to the Conference throughout the day will be a Suppliers Marketplace, with dozens of brewery equipment and technology suppliers on hand to display and demonstrate their products.
