GRAVENHURST, ONSawdust City Brewery has announced that two new beers are set to be released at the brewery taproom and retail store this Friday October 9th.

Pictured above is Plantation #1 Row #27, a 5.5% abv wet hop pale ale brewed using fresh Chinook hops from Clear Valley Hops in Collingwood. It’s described as having notes of “light, fresh citrus balanced by a nice bready malt body.”

Also out on Friday is Pointless Marketing Imperial Mild, a 6.5% abv ale that has had no further details announced.

This paired release comes in the midst of a busy month for Sawdust City, following two beers – Sagemehl Stadt Festbier and Winding Road for 7km Rye Saison – that were released last weekend in conjunction with an Oktoberfest celebration at the brewery, and preceding the return later this month of Twin Pine IIPA on October 21st, and Blood of Cthulhu Imperial Stout on Hallowe’en.
