FREDERICTON, NB – Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that a new brewery will be opening before the end of the year in Fredericton.
Founded by homebrewer Paul Maybee and his wife Mikey, Maybee Brewing is setting up shop in an industrial plaza at 559 Wilsey Road, where Maybee hopes to be brewing on 10 barrel system by November 15th, with beer ready to sell by Christmas.
The brewery will be launching with two core brands – Roseway Red (6% abv, 70 IBU), an American Amber, and Workhorse IPA (7.2% abv, 70 IBU), an American IPA – with both set to be available in cans and on draught, including in the brewery taproom. A variety of other beers, primarily in American and Belgian styles, will be available on a rotating basis.
