BURLINGTON, ON & GRAVENHURST, ON – Nickel Brook Brewing and Sawdust City Brewing have announced the upcoming release of their third annual collaborative beer commemorating the fact that November 5th is the shared birthday of their respective head brewers.
Developed and brewed by Ryan Morrow (Nickel Brook) and Sam Corbeil (Sawdust City), this year’s version of 11.05 is an Imperial Saison that Corbeil describes as having “citrusy goodness from oranges, lemons, grapefruits, tangerines and limes,” resulting in “a refreshing beer that contains the juice of five fruits you can enjoy all day long.”
The 2015 edition of 11.05 was brewed at Nickel Brook Brewing, and will be available there in cans on Thursday November 5th. Further distribution and release details are yet to be announced.
