PENTICTON, BC – Tin Whistle Brewing has announced the release of its annual fresh hop ale, and it’s one that uses another distinctive local ingredient in addition to the hops.
Penticton Harvest Honey Pale Ale is a limited edition beer brewed using wildflower honey from nearby Keremeos, and freshly harvested Cascade hops from Chilliwack. The honey was caramelized before brewing, making it more prominent in the flavour than in a typical honey beer. The resulting ale is described as having “a refreshing citrus aroma and flavour” and “a bright and crisp finish.”
Penticton Harvest Honey Pale Ale is available now in 650 ml bottles at select private and government liquor stores in BC.
