ALDERGROVE, BC – Dead Frog Brewery has announced details of two new session-friendly seasonal beers, as well as a winter mixed pack that features them alongside a pair of year-round brands.
Rocket Man Pale Ale is a more subdued version of the earlier limited release Rocket Man ESB. It’s described as follows:
Although having the same stellar ingredients, it’s lower in alcohol and bitterness to deliver a more sessionable beer drinking experience. Unlike many pale ales, the Rocket Man is dry-hopped for a distinct tropical fruit aroma while delivering a malt-forward flavour profile.
Cold Brew Red Ale is a tea-infused ale with the following notes:
Dead Frog’s innovative take on a traditional red ale, offering a taste profile popular with British Columbians going into the holiday season. This ruby brew surprises with notes of chocolate and vanilla from the addition of chocolate malt and and cold-brewed Bourbon vanilla-infused red rooibos tea from The Tea Guy in North Vancouver.
Both beers are available in six-packs of bottles, and in the Dead Frog 2015 Winter Mixer, a sampler 12-pack that also features Dead Frog’s Pilsner and Classic Nut Brown Ale. Look for them all at select liquor stores in British Columbia while supplies last.
