GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced details of three limited edition beers that are set to be released later this month.
First up will be I, The Mountain & The Leprechaun Flute, a 7.5% abv Red IPA described as having “big malt (deep burnt red) and even bigger hops (tropical, dank, spicy)!” It will be released on December 15th in cans at the brewery retail store, and on draught later that week.
Next on the agenda is Camp Out S’more Stout, a collaboration between Sawdust City’s Aaron Spinney & Jeff Broeders of Indie Ale House. Described as a “luscious stout with all the best from the classic fireside treat,” the recipe includes marshmallows, graham crackers, and Chocosol cocoa. Cans will be in the store on December 18th, with draught available the following week.
Thoughts on Good & Evil Dark Winter Saison will wrap up the releases, and it’s described as having “a light, effervescent body and is finished with juicy amarillo hops, juxtaposed by a dark almost black colour and a 7.8% abv.” This can-conditioned saison will be out in retail on December 22nd, with kegs following early in the new year.
