TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced details of the 2015 edition of Hops For Hunger, an annual campaign to raise donations for the Daily Bread Food Bank.
For every purchase made at the Great Lakes retail store from December 1st to 22nd, the brewery will calculate a portion of the weight of the beer purchased, and donate an equivalent amount of food to Daily Bread, up to a total of 2000 lbs.
In addition, customers are welcome to donate non-perishable food items, diapers and baby food to Daily BRead by dropping them off in the yellow bin located in the store.
Campaign updates will be posted on GLB’s social media accounts throughout the month, using the hashtag #HopsForHungerGLB.
