CARLETON PLACE, ON – The newest brewery in Canada’s Capital Region is about to open to the public, although for vigilant craft beer drinkers in the area, its offerings won’t be completely new to them.
Stalwart Brewing is being launched by several servers at the Wellington Gastropub who previously brewed out of the restaurant’s kitchen under the name Stockpot Ales.
Now set up in their own facility at 10 High St. in Carleton Place, the partners are opening with revived ersions of three Stockpot favourites: Big PAPA Peach & Apricot Pale Ale, Bad Moon Rye Stout and Dr. Feelgood IPA.
Stalwart beers are on tap now at several bars in the area, and the brewery retail store will be opening tomorrow (Friday December 18th) with cans of all three brands available for purchase.
