POWELL RIVER, BC – Townsite Brewing has announced details of two limited edition releases that are hitting shelves this month.
Lil’ Red 2.0 is a new edition of sour ale that was originally released just over a year ago. While the original version was a Flanders red ale, version 2.0 is a blend of a sour saison and a Belgian amber ale.
Barrel Aged Cardena is a batch of Townsite’s Cardena Quad that has been aged in previously used whiskey barrels for more than a year. The resulting 10.5% abv ale has been bottle conditioned, making it ideal for cellaring.
Both beers will be available in limited runs of 650 ml bottles at select private liquor stores in British Columbia while supplies last.
