VICTORIA, BC – Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub has announced the release of a new seasonal beer that is also the latest offering from its sour beer program.
Ciel de Nuit is a 7% abv dark sour saison that is described as follows:
Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, this complex French Farmhouse-style beer has a rich and dark malt profile as well as spicy characteristics from a French Saison yeast strain. This beer’s sour character is the result of a secondary fermentation in barrels with a special blend of wild yeast and bacteria.
Ciel de Nuit Dark Sour Saison is available now on tap at the Spinnakers Brewpub, and in 650 ml bottles at select private liquor stores in and around Victoria.
