COBOURG, ON – William Street Beer Co. has announced an expansion plan that will see it increase production by more than 350% by the summer.
As detailed in a recent blog post, the brewery is awaiting arrival of new 10 hectorlitre brewing and fermentation vessels. Combined with other planned capital investments, this will allow William Street to have product available more consistently for its current on-site retail and licensee sales, and to explore the option of LCBO, Beer Store and grocery store sales in the future.
