STOUFFVILLE, ON – Stouffville Brewing has announced that its second brand is now available at select Beer Store locations.
Laggar Falcon – named after a falcon native to the Indian subcontinent – is a 5% abv and 27 IBU lager described as follows:
Laggar Falcon has a Helles-style malt profile typical of Bavarian beers, using Canadian Pale and Munich malts to give it a rich golden colour and rich mouth feel. It is then finished with Cascade and Simcoe hops to give it a slightly bitter and pleasant floral nose.
Laggar Falcon and the previously released Red Falcon Ale can be found at the Beer Store and select bars and restaurants throughout Ontario.
