LETHBRIDGE, AB – Three years after it was originally envisioned, and a year-and-a-half after its official groundbreaking, Coulee Brew Co. has launched its restaurant and bar in Lethbridge, with the brewing side of the operation set to start soon.
Founded by Scott Crighton with several partners and investors, Coulee opened for business on January 16th, serving market-fresh food and craft beer at the corner of 43rd Street and Highway 3 in a rapidly developing area on the eastern side of Lethbridge.
Brewing in the adjacent brewhouse will be overseen by veteran brewmaster Badger Colish, with a line-up of 9 to 12 house-brewed beers planned to be available on tap, in growlers and cans.
