ST. JOHN’S, NL – According to a posting on the Labatt Jobs website, a new addition to the Mill Street Brewpub chain is set to open in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
The job posting is for a Head Brewer position at the brewery and restaurant, which is the second new location to be planned since Labatt‘s purchase of Mill Street Brewery last October, the previous being a November announcement of a Calgary location to open later this year.
Other locations of the Mill Street Brewpub chain include the original in Toronto’s Distillery District – with the adjacent Mill Street Beer Hall – the first expansion in Ottawa, and an off-shoot at Toronto’s Pearson Airport where a full line-up of Mill Street beers are available but no on-site brewing takes place.
Timelines have yet to be announced for the construction and opening of the St. John’s location.
