TORONTO, ON – Junction Craft Brewing has announced that it will be launching a third brand at the LCBO, with Tracklayer’s Kölsch joining the previously available Conductor’s Craft Ale and Brakeman’s Session Ale on the shelves soon.
The 5% abv and 48 IBU Kölsch has the following “fun facts” provided by the brewery:
1.) Brewed with the finest Best Maltz imported from Germany
2.) Colour is a light pale straw that delivers a bready crisp malty flavour
3.) Hop aroma is low but Tetnanger hop flavour balances a light fruitiness with biscuity malt notes
4.) Cold aging or lagering delivers a crystal clear, smooth and dry, highly drinkable beer
473 ml cans of Tracklayer’s Kölsch will be available at select LCBO locations starting sometime in March. In the meantime, 500 ml bottles are currently available at the Junction retail store and tasting room in Toronto.
