OTTAWA, ON – In a great example of the camaraderie that exists between craft brewers, one Eastern Ontario brewery has stepped up to replace a sign that was recently stolen from another brewery in the area.
On the morning of February 5th, someone stole the custom made wooden sign that was on the outside wall of Waller St. Brewing in Ottawa. Attempts to identify the thief from security camera footage have been unsuccessful, and the sign has yet to be found.
In the meantime, the folks at Broadhead Brewing in nearby Nepean created a new sign for Waller St., which they presented to them as a surprise gift earlier this week.
Check out the short video below to see the design and creation of the new sign.
