FREDERICTON, NB – Fredericton bar and grill Mama’s Pub has announced that the first beers produced on its recently installed 2-barrel brewing system (first announced in November) are now on tap.
Brewed by manager Ryan Kingston with the assistance of consulting brewer Andrew Estabrooks of Picaroons, the starting line-up includes three core brands – Mama’s Golden Ale (5% abv/17 IBU, “light, crisp & really easy to drink”); A Session at Mama’s IPA (4.2% abv/23 IBU, “dry-hopped with Comet & Citra”); and Dougie’s Vanilla Bean Stout (5.7% abv/19 IBU, “tons of chocolate, coffee & vanilla notes”) – as well as the seasonal Mama’s Radler (4.4% abv/17 IBU, “refreshing light crisp, easy drinking ale with a sweet citrus flavour”).
All four beers were tapped for the first time yesterday (February 17th), and are available now exclusively at Mama’s.
