WATERLOO, ON – The Waterloo Record reports that Waterloo brewpub Abe Erb Brewing will be opening a second location in nearby Kitchener later this year.
Named after Waterloo founder Abraham Erb, the current location opened in downtown Waterloo in late 2014.
The new spot in Kitchener’s historic Tannery Building will be larger than the original, with approximately five times the brewing capacity.
The new restaurant and brewpub – as well as a Kitchener location of Settlement Co., a Waterloo coffee roastery also owned by Abe Erb’s Rob Theodosiou – is expected to open this autumn.
