VANCOUVER, BC – BC beer news website What’s Brewing reports that Postmark Brewing has been tapped to brew the official beer of the upcoming HSBC Canada Sevens rugby tournament.
Sevens IPA – a West Coast style IPA brewed to 6% abv and 52 IBU – is the only craft beer to be custom made especially for any of the ten stops of the international tournament tour.
Set to be released in the first week of March, Postmark Sevens IPA will be available at the men’s tournament at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver on March 12th-13th, and the women’s tournament at Westhills Stadium in Langford on April 16th-17th.
It will also be available on 650 ml bottles and 355 ml cans at select liquor stores, and on draught at more than 30 bars and pubs in BC’s Lower Mainland.
