DUNDAS, ON – The Flamborough Review reports that Shawn & Ed Brewing – a new brewery in Dundas, Ontario named for co-owners Shawn Till and Ed Madronich – has released its first beer at one of the longest established craft beer bars in the area.
The first kegs of BarrelShed – an 8% abv barrel-aged lager created by brewmaster Rob Creighton – were tapped last week at Augusta’s Winking Judge in Hamilton, where they went through three kegs in just a few days.
Shawn & Ed has since debuted the less potent LagerShed, and according to comments on the brewery’s Facebook page, a grand opening event is expected to take place at the brewery (65 Hatt St., Dundas) on the weekend of April 1st.
