CALGARY, AB – Alberta beer news site The Daily Beer reports that two Calgary breweries and a nearby mead maker have come together to create a special collaborative release for an upcoming beer festival.
On March 31st and April 1st, brewers from Wild Rose Brewery, Dandy Brewing and Fallentimber Meadery gathered at Wild Rose and brewed a sour beer infused with honey, ginger and lime.
The yet-to-be-named beer will be very limited, with only 12 to 15 kegs being produced, and much of that will likely be poured at the Calgary International Beerfest on May 6th and 7th where it will be debuted.
