EDMUNDSTON, NB – Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault has announced the release of a new beer created in collaboration with Moncton-based nanobrewery Acadie-Broue.
La Renous Doppelbock is a 7.5% abv strong lager that the Atlantic Canada Beer Blog describes as follows:
Brewed in the traditional German style, using German hops and a base of Munich malt and a touch of chocolate malt for colouring. Lagered for a full four months since the brew on a chilly January weekend, it is supremely drinkable, with a full mouthfeel and balancing bitterness.
La Renous is available now at the Petit-Sault brewery store; Le Coude, the campus bar at the Université de Moncton; and ANBL locations throughout the province while supplies last.
