BRACEBRIDGE, ON – Muskoka Brewery has announced details of a new seasonal beer that is being previewed in the latest edition of the Muskoka Survival Sampler pack, ahead of a solo release this summer.
Kirby’s Kölsch is a 4.6% abv peach-flavoured ale named after the brewery’s late co-founder Kirk Evans. It has the following tasting notes:
A clean, crisp and thirst-quenching lagered ale, lightly hopped with Australian Galaxy hops. The addition of fresh peach juice makes this Kölsch stand apart from its peers, while remaining true to this classic German style.
The new Muskoka Survival Sampler pack – featuring Cream Ale, Craft Lager, Detour IPA, Mad Tom IPA and Summerweisse along with the new Kirby’s Kölsch – is available now at LCBO and Beer Store locations throughout Ontario. The stand-alone release of Kirby’s Kölsch will follow in June.
