BURNABY, BC – Belgian-inspired brewery Dageraad Brewing has announced the return of an award-winning seasonal brand, and details of an event to mark its 2nd anniversary.
Randonneur Saison – winner of a silver medal at the 2015 BC Beer Awards and bronze at the 2015 Canadian Brewing Awards – is a 6.4% abv summer seasonal with the following notes:
Randonneur is back with its effervescence and dry finish to help you feel refreshed after a long day of work or after spending a day out in the sun. Fermented with a French Saison yeast and dryhopped with Tettnanger, our Saison provides fresh pear and bubblegum-like esters, spicy white pepper phenols, and a bone-dry finish. This sparkling Belgian-style ale is unfiltered, bottle conditioned, and is suited to complement almost any meal.
Randonneur is available now at select private liquor stores in BC at in the Dageraad tasting room and retail store.
It will also be one of the beers available at the Dageraad 2nd anniversary party taking place at the brewery this Saturday May 14th from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM. 14 different beers will be on tap – including “some of our past seasonal releases that we’ve tucked away, as well as some special one-off beers” – plus food from Shay The Caterer and live music.
