OTTAWA, ON – A new Ottawa nanobrewery with connections to several other local breweries and establishments in the city has launched its first beers.
Dog & Pony Brewlab has been founded by Steve Fitzpatrick, Tristan Bragaglia-Murdock and John Richardson, a trio who met when they were all working at Beyond The Pale Brewing.
The trio received assistance from the folks at Stalwart Brewing, and took inspiration from the business model of its predecessor, Stock Pot Ales, which brewed small batch beers in the kitchen at Wellington Gastropub.
For Dog & Pony, the partners are working with Union Local 613 restaurant and bar, where they are brewing and exclusively selling their beers. The first brands available are Bufford T Porter and Jarboni Session IPA, with many more planned for follow.
