WINNIPEG, MB – In an interesting parallel to the Calgary International Beerfest earlier this month, where four local breweries made their public debuts, a similar multi-brewery unveiling will be taking place in Winnipeg at the Flatlander’s Beer Festival next month.
Running the weekend of June 24th to 26th, the event will feature the first appearance of four breweries that will be opening soon in the city. The quartet of newcomers, and the beers they will be bringing, include:
- Barn Hammer Brewing – Saturday Night Lumberjack Double IPA, Grandpa’s Sweater Oatmeal Stout, Le Sneak Belgique Witbier and The 7th Stab Red Ale
- Nonsuch Brewing – Saison and Kölsch
- One Great City Brewing – Tipsy Cow Milk Stout and Monkey Trail Pale Ale
- Torque Brewing – What The Helles, Red Line IPA, Diesel Fitter Stout and The Witty Belgian
