FREDERICTON, NB – Picaroons Traditional Ales has announced that a beer previously available as an occasional summer seasonal is now a year-round brand, and the first from the brewery to be released in six packs.
Picaroons 506 Logger is a 4.6% abv and 15 IBU golden lagered ale named after the Fredericton telephone area code, and described as follows:
506 Logger is a New Brunswick twist on a German tradition. Using imported German Pilsner malt and a helping of local two-row barley, we’ve created a beer of golden colour and subtle malt character with slight grassy notes that is dry and crisp with a clean finish.
506 Logger is available in six packs of bottles at The Picaroons Brewtique in Downtown Fredericton, The Picaroons General Store in Uptown Saint John, and ANBL locations throughout the province.
